Welcome to the Obra shadcn/ui kit documentation. Here you can find out how to use this kit, and how to customize it.

What is the Obra shadcn/ui kit?

The Obra shadcn/ui kit is a design library file that recreates all components of shadcn/ui inside of Figma.

The kit provides an ideal starting point to start creating a design system based on shadcn/ui.

Community Edition vs Pro Edition

The Obra shadcn/ui kit is available in two editions:

• Community Edition — The free version available on Figma Community. This edition is no longer being updated.
• Pro Edition — A commercial edition available through Obra Studio, with ongoing updates and support.

We also provide customization services with our design team to help teams tailor the kit to their brand.

Plugin: Autodocs

We use a plugin called Obra Autodocs to document the component variants. Obra Autodocs costs €9. A team-wide license is included when buying the Pro kit.
