We offer a 7-day, no questions asked, money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the kit for any reason, just reach out to us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund. Refunds can only be made to the payment method used for the purchase.

One exception: for Enterprise purchases made through the custom invoicing route, the $200 administration surcharge is non-refundable, as the work it covers has already been done. The license price itself is still refundable under the same 7-day guarantee.

Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy, a Stripe company. This gives you proper invoices and secure payments, and gives us the ability to offer discount codes and refunds.

Enterprise customers who go through the custom invoicing route pay by bank transfer instead: we issue an invoice against your purchase order and you settle it on your standard payment terms (typically Net 30). Yes. During checkout you can provide your VAT number or Tax ID. LemonSqueezy (owned by Stripe) handles everything, including generating a proper business invoice with your details. This works for every tier, and it's the route we recommend.
